If you create an account or complete a paid purchase, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
Keep your sign-in credentials secure and make sure the information you provide is accurate and current.
You are responsible for activity that happens through your account unless you promptly report unauthorized access.

You may use YourKido for personal, non-commercial baby-name discovery unless we give written permission otherwise.
Do not copy, scrape, resell, reverse engineer, interfere with, or attempt unauthorized access to the site, its models, or its payment flows.
Do not use the service in a way that violates law, infringes another person’s rights, or disrupts other users.

AI suggestions, meanings, and numerology

Name suggestions, meanings, numerology, and similar insights are informational only and may rely on AI systems or reference datasets.
You remain responsible for checking spelling, cultural fit, family preference, religious expectations, legal naming rules, and registration requirements before using a name.
YourKido does not provide medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.

Paid plans, pricing, and activation

Premium and Gold are one-time purchases, not recurring subscriptions, unless we clearly state otherwise at checkout.
The final amount shown at checkout, after any accepted coupon or discount, is the amount authorized for that purchase.
Paid search access begins after payment confirmation and may be delayed if the payment provider or fraud review process needs extra verification.

Coupons, payment issues, and access adjustments

Coupons are optional and subject to eligibility rules, expiry dates, usage limits, and any restrictions shown at checkout.
If you believe a charge was made in error, contact support promptly with your purchase details so we can investigate.
We may suspend, reverse, or adjust paid access if a payment is cancelled, refunded, reversed, charged back, or flagged for fraud, abuse, or verification risk.

Intellectual property

The site, brand, layout, and original YourKido content are owned by YourKido or its licensors.
You may use generated results for your personal naming decisions, but you may not republish protected site content at scale or present it as your own service.
